It's the holiday season, and that means many of us are looking for the perfect gift for the ones we love, right? If that list includes kids (and really, Christmas should be about the kids, in my humble opinion) I have a great book suggestion for you:
Fantastic Optical Illusions by DK Books features dozens of tricks of the mind, including visual illusions, puzzles, colour tricks, and more. Perfect for kids ages 8 to 12 (there's a fair bit of reading). My 10-year-old loves this book! She saw it in the mail (I received the book to review) and immediately laid claim to it. I had to ask her to go find it for me so I could write the review, and she reluctantly gave it up. I have since returned it and peace has once again been restored to the Bunny house.
