Full disclosure: I am not a vegan, but I do enjoy vegetarian meals quite often and many of them also happen to be vegan. I am a food lover in general, and I can appreciate the value of a delicious meal, whether it's meat-centric, vegetarian, vegan, or somewhere along the spectrum. Also full disclosure: These books were all sent to me from the publishers for the purposes of review. All opinions are my own.
